I am so fortunate to be working with Ashlee. She is personally invested in my progress and tailors workouts to my specific goals. When you have big fitness goals, sometimes the road feels long and staying motivated can feel impossible. But Ashlee is beside you the whole way, cheering you on and reminding you of why you started in the first place.

Her group classes are challenging, but completely adaptable for all fitness levels. She’s created a welcoming and safe environment for women who are all working towards their personal goals. I actually look forward to her workouts. We laugh, we sweat, but most importantly we’re getting stronger.

I have been working with Ashlee for more than two years. As someone who struggles with chronic pain - I appreciate her ability to address the issue and modifying my workout as needed - often “on the fly”. Last year when I fell and broke my wrist, Ashlee supported that I didn’t want to take a break and modified my workouts accordingly. She incorporated resistance bands to help strengthen my wrist post injury and when I went to hand therapy - the PT was really impressed by the strength regained. She pushes me to do more (pull-ups!) but always in a safe manner. At 54 - I am so much stronger than I’ve ever been!
