Hey, I'm Ashlee!
I started Strong Girl Era because I know firsthand how intimidating it can feel to step into a gym. I wanted to create a space where women can build strength, learn to love moving their bodies, and feel confident doing it. For me, lifting weights was not only about getting stronger physically, it helped me find balance, resilience, and a version of myself I didn’t know I had.
