At Strong Girl Era, we believe in the power of giving back and supporting our community. That's why we are committed to making a positive impact beyond our studio doors. Every month, our team comes together for a community outreach event, where we dedicate our time, energy, and resources to help those in need.

Join us this October for our Clothing Drive: Closet Clean-out Campaign!

We're inviting the community to come together and give back by donating gently used clothing. All donations will benefit a local homeless shelter. Let’s make a difference and support those in need! 🌟👚👖 

Bring your donations at Strong Girl Era Studio, at Suite 4, 188 Central St, Hudson, MA. We are open on Monday & Thursday (7 AM - 6 PM) and Saturday, 10 AM onwards.

REMINDERS: We will accept your donations between October 23rd - 25th. This will help us manage storage better! And as thank-you, anyone who brings in a donation will receive a free Class! 💪

• Volunteer Activities:

From organizing serve days to assisting local shelters, food banks, and other organizations, we seek to make a difference where it matters most. Each month, we take on a new project that addresses a specific need within our community.

Our goal is to uplift and empower individuals, just as we do in our fitness classes. Whether we’re cleaning up a local park, providing meals to those in need, or helping a neighbor in need, we are committed to making a tangible difference.

• Inclusivity and Involvement:

Everyone is welcome to join! Whether you’re a member of our Strong Girl Era family or a newcomer wanting to make a difference, we invite you to participate. It’s a great way to connect with others, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the greater good.
