If you prefer a more budget-friendly option with the motivation of working alongside other strong women, our small-group training classes are for you. Each class provides a full-body workout, adaptable to all fitness levels. While this option is less hands-on than 1-on-1 training, you’ll still receive access to personalized habits and our app, where you can track your progress. You’ll earn points for sticking to your habits, and the person with the most points at the end of the month wins a prize! It’s a great balance between personal accountability and a fun group atmosphere.

STRONG GIRL IN FAITH (60 MINUTES)


Strengthen not just your body, but your faith, in our Strong Girl in Faith class, held every Wednesday at 7:30 PM. This full-body workout class is donation-based and designed for women who want to build both physical and spiritual strength in a supportive community. Whether you're new to faith-based fitness or looking for a way to integrate faith and health, this class offers a space for both. All fitness levels are welcome as we grow stronger together, in mind, body, and spirit.
